This weekend, The New Village Brewery & Taproom will host a tap takeover by Skull Camp Brewing (Elkin, NC), which is located in the Yadkin Valley, an area known for its wineries. Skull Camp opened in 2012 as an offshoot business of Mt. Airy’s Round Peak Winery with a small batch, half-barrel brewing system. Two years later, the brewery moved to its own space and started brewing on a much bigger 10-barrel system.
Skull Camp doesn’t publicly embrace any “flagship” styles, rather they brew unique beers that tend to cross styles. They have brewed more than 75 different beers, and you’ll be able to sample about a dozen of them in our Taproom this weekend!
The New Village Brewery & Taproom will open at noon (Thu-Sat) and will remain open until around 10pm, or while supplies last. Please RSVP for this event to receive updates about which brews we’ll have on tap and more.
